2. How can I find a store near me?
From any page within the site, click on “Dealer Locator” in the main navigation bar to find a store near you. You can filter your search by location, or by apparel or footwear retailer.
3. Does Merrell have a warranty program?
US only: All products are covered under our limited lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Our Quality Assurance Team will evaluate the product and determine if the problem is a result of a manufacturing defect or the result of normal wear. Defective products will be repaired or replaced. If products are not deemed defective, they will be returned to you as soon as possible.
If you have purchased our product through Merrell.com, fill out the return card and follow the instructions to send the product back for evaluation.
All other countries: Please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
4. How can I apply for a job with Merrell?

5. How do I submit a proposal for sponsorship?
US requests: Because we receive so many requests, we limit our outreach to individuals and organizations that promote access and preservation, and share our love of the outdoors.
International requests: International sponsorship requests are handled by the respective Merrell subsidiary or distributor. We will forward such requests to the appropriate international contact.
